2025
A New Force in the Nordics
ServeTek was founded in 2025 with the support of Aspira, a growth partner with extensive experience in building industry-leading groups.
Today, we are established in Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and we look forward to continuing our growth by welcoming more skilled, entrepreneur-driven companies into the group. Our market is both large and dynamic, with stable growth and increasing demand for operational reliability, sustainability, and accessible service.
With shared resources, we aim to become the leading provider of aftermarket services for professional equipment in Northern Europe.

ServeTek’s ESG efforts are based on the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030). Particular focus is placed on gender equality, decent working conditions and economic growth, sustainable industry and infrastructure, and combating climate change.
In addition to the Group’s shared ESG framework, several companies within ServeTek run their own sustainability initiatives. For example, work related to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), which further strengthens our collective commitment to contributing to a more sustainable future.
