Carl von Heijne

Acting CEO ServeTek Group

Extensive experience in company development, with a particular focus on buy-and-build strategies in investor-backed companies. Carl has previously served as Chief Strategy, M&A, and PMO Officer at Nuent Group, playing a central role in the company’s growth from a Nordic player to a leading European company in dental distribution and service. He has a background in management consulting at BCG and Roland Berger, as well as corporate finance at Rothschild.

Tomas Mellgren

CFO ServeTek Group

Extensive experience in group accounting, auditing, and CFO roles within investor-backed buy-and-build structures. He has a strong background in developing financial control and profitability in fast-growing companies. Previously, he served as Group CFO for Francks Kylindustri, where he played a key role in the company’s growth into a leading player in industrial refrigeration.

 

Mika Mäkinen

Industry Advisor, Finland

Broad Nordic experience in commercial kitchens and refrigeration. Previous roles include Chief Production and Sourcing Officer at Dieta and Festivo Porkka.

Marcus Helsing

Marcus Helsing

Marketing and Communications Manager

Marcus has extensive experience in marketing and communications across several organizations, most recently as Marketing Manager at Multeral. He holds a BSc in Media and Communication Studies from Linköping University and has also studied at Berghs School of Communication.

Wictor Swärdh

Group Controller

Wictor has solid experience in auditing and financial advisory services from several companies. He previously worked at Deloitte, specializing in CFO Services, which involved consulting through interim roles such as Finance Manager, Controller, and Project Manager. Prior to that, he worked at PwC with auditing and quality assurance of financial reporting. Wictor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Environmental Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) and has also studied Taxation & Statistics at Uppsala University

Ted Boheman

M&A Manager

Ted has a strong track record in M&A and business development. Most recently, he comes from Instalco, where he worked for five years, playing an instrumental role in executing a high volume of acquisitions and contributing to the group’s transformation into a leading Nordic installation group, while also supporting its expansion into international markets through strategic acquisitions. He brings a value-driven approach to growth in decentralized organizations.

Christer Kinch

Chairman of the Board

Over 25 years of experience as CEO, advisor, and board member, with a focus on growth-oriented service companies. He has been instrumental in the development of companies such as Great Security, LRF Konsult, Broadcast Text, and Com Hem. Christer has also worked with multiple private equity-owned companies and has a background as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading strategic transformation projects across industries.

Crister Wolff

Board Member

CEO of Multeral AB, active in the foodservice industry since the late 1980s. Since 2006, he has worked with commercial kitchens, and under his leadership, Multeral has become one of Sweden’s market-leading companies in the sales and service of restaurant equipment for the fast-food and service sectors.

Rikard Lindfors

Board Member

CEO of WashTek Group, overseeing operations and development in commercial kitchen service, refrigeration, coffee machines, and repairs for the restaurant and hotel sectors. He has a proven ability to drive small and medium-sized companies toward growth and profitability, with a focus on high availability and close customer service. Under his leadership, WashTek has expanded from northern to southern Sweden, achieving strong growth and profitability.

Isak Abrams

Board Member

Isak has both Nordic and international experience in investments and was, from the very beginning, the project lead for what started as “Project Servia” and has since become ServeTek. His previous experience includes Alpha Wave Global, Goldman Sachs, Verdane, and the Boston Consulting Group. He serves on the board of WTR Group and is a former board observer at Teqt Group. Isak holds a BSc from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Andreas Bruzelius

Board Member

Andreas is a co-founder and CEO of Aspira. He has more than 17 years of experience of investments and business development in founder-driven B2B companies. Andreas is a current board member of Teqt, Qflow, Generate and WTR Group and has previously served as a board member of Instalco, Green Landscaping, Nordlo, Roplan and Nepa. He holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
