Norrorts Storköks Service AB was founded in 1995 with two technicians and has today grown to include two office staff and 11 service technicians who travel around the entire Mälardalen region and surrounding areas to repair reported faults. The service technicians continuously receive training on all new developments and updates for the brands the company services. They regularly attend follow-up courses with their largest suppliers, with whom they also collaborate.
As specialists in commercial kitchen equipment, Norrorts is a service company that puts their customers at the center. They provide service, repair, and installation of commercial kitchen machines. This mainly involves dishwashers from the brands Wexiödisk and Granuldisk, Rational ovens, and pots from Jöni and Getinge. With many spare parts in stock, they strive to assist their customers on the first visit, knowing how disruptive it is for operations to have machines idle while waiting for parts.
